1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DeltaRaise platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
DeltaRaise is an investment marketplace platform that connects investors with investment opportunities across Latin America, including venture capital, real estate, and yield-generating projects.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use DeltaRaise. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscription Plans and Payments
DeltaRaise offers subscription plans with different levels of access to platform features. Payments are processed securely through Mercado Pago. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, post false or misleading information, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable laws. DeltaRaise reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the DeltaRaise platform are owned by DeltaRaise or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Investment Disclaimer
DeltaRaise is a marketplace platform and does not provide investment advice. All investment decisions are made solely by the user. Past performance of investments does not guarantee future results. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeltaRaise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any investment decisions made through it.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
11. Changes to Terms
DeltaRaise reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
